Originally hailing from the NSW Riverina, Luke has been a professional musician for over ten years and has impressed listeners on both sides of Australia.
Luke adds his own unique touch to an extensive and growing range of covers. He performs acoustic versions of modern rock and pop songs, Australian classics, relaxed blues and roots tunes for those chilled-out Sunday sessions, and soulful ballads. Luke’s original song ‘Six Months’ received second place in the Jaxter National Song Writing Competition in 2004.
Luke’s accomplished vocals, deft touch on the guitar and ability to establish rapport with any audience have seen him in high demand throughout his career. Luke has performed support duties for quality Australian acts such as Ross Wilson, Paul Greene, The Audreys, Felicity Urquart and The Davidson Brothers. He has performed at a range of festivals including the Deniliquin Ute Muster and Echuca Blues n’ Roots and has shared the stage with such prominent acts as Powderfinger, The Living End, Lee Kernaghan, Kasey Chambers and The Hoodoo Gurus.
