Trent-Jean is an upcoming singer/songwriter, with a voice beyond his years. At the age of 16 he was the youngest to be accepted into the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) Singer Songwriter Course and also the youngest to perform at The Ellington Jazz Club. Trent-Jean’s voice has been likened to John Mayer, Matt Corby and Chris Martin (Coldplay).
At 18, Trent-Jean achieved his Advanced Diploma of Contemporary Music and was the lead vocalist and songwriter for acoustic-pop/rock band “Room For Reason”. He was featured on Perth’s local radio stations 94.5, 96fm and Nation Wide Airplay on the Australian Top 20 Countdown (Southern Cross Austereo).
Now available for solo gigs – in Perth, Trent-Jean has supported Josh Pyke, Lisa Mitchell and 2013 Australian X-Factor winner Samantha Jade. In Singapore, Trent-Jean performed at the Hard Rock Café and at Molly Malone’s Irish Pub.
